Employees at Monsanto are a diverse group of people with the common goal of making a balanced meal accessible around the world. Our more than 20,000 employees come from a wide variety of backgrounds and live in 67 countries.

Monsanto has been named to this list three years in a row, and in 2016 was honored as No. 1 in its industry sector.

WorldAtWork Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP) Work-Life Seal of Distinction
For the fourth straight year, Monsanto was recognized for organizational success in work-life effectiveness. The Work-Life Seal of Distinction recognizes employers who demonstrate leadership in creating a culture that supports employees at work and at home.

Love Mondays named Monsanto one of the top 50 companies most loved by its employees in Brazil
Love Mondays is a career community that gathers reviews from employees about where they work or have worked, and recognizes the best companies based on feedback about work environment, career development, work-life balance, compensation, and benefits. More than 10,000 students and recent graduates from more than 50 universities in South America were surveyed for the 2015 list. Monsanto was ranked 10th thanks to our colleagues’ continuous efforts to make Monsanto a great place to work.
