KSDK’s 75th anniversary traveling banner show

To commemorate KSDK’s 75th anniversary, I created a traveling banner show celebrating the history of St. Louis and some of the most memorable stories covered by our news station.

The banner show consisted of five double-sided banners. Each side told one story from each of KSDK’s history. At the bottom of the banner was a QR code that took readers to a page on KSDK.com that told additional stories from that decade.

I wrote all of the stories that were told in this traveling history exhibit, scheduled them to go on display at locations throughout the greater St. Louis area, and transported the banners to most of the locations. The design of the banners was created by Isabelle Muren.

The banners debuted at the Missouri History Museum in February 2022 and kept a rigorous schedule. Here are all the locations the banners appeared:
